Three panelists discuss how to create a culture of innovation through application modernization. The panelists were Mike Sparling, the COO and CTO of Multi-Health Systems, a global biotech company working in neuroscience, Mike Thibodeau, the App Innovation and AI Lead at Microsoft Canada, and Craig Slack, the founder and CTO of Invero, a Microsoft partner that specializes in cloud solutions. The episode was hosted by Shawn Ambrose, Invero’s Chief Revenue Officer.
The panelists shared their insights and experiences on how to transform legacy applications, leverage AI and cloud technologies, to empower teams to experiment and collaborate. They also gave some advice and tips on how to foster a culture of innovation, embrace help from partners, and pilot and test new solutions with customers. The show includes a presentation by Mike Thibodeau on Microsoft’s view of innovation, followed by a facilitated panel discussion between each of the guest speakers.
